Useless!!!!!!

My phone was sent in for repairs for a 3rd time. I reveived this new contract end July. I used the device for 3 weeks!!!!! No one can help. I have to pay for something I dont have. I have to put my simcard into someone elses phone in order to use it. You give different stories everytime I phone because no one makes notes of the conversations. The manager of cell c is always on leave and the assistant manager is always out for the day. I know why....you dont wNt to handle the bad service complaint you get and by the way my situation is treated I am sure there are thousands out there with the same problems. Here is the ref nr CLC***. I need this sorted pit today the 4th of January!!!!!! My simcard is in a phone today just in case you tell me again that you cant get hold of me! I want a new device in working order. No more repairs and lies about it. You are welcome to listen to all the recorded conversations and see that I am not blowing this out of proportion.
