Useless!!!

Contacted Cell C via email requesting upgrade options - after a weeks delay and a useless response, I requested my contract to be migrated to a data only plan.<br> Surprise surprise - I get correspondence confirming my contract will be cancelled.<br> Emailed and phoned, explained - this time slowly and clearly.<br> Still waiting for confirmation of my request.<br> Will appreciate some feedback from someone competent (prefer email for record purposes)
