Useless

I have tried to get in touch with u guys bt clearly can't assist u keep telling me my account is in arrears bt ur consultant sent me an email saying I need to pay 213 for my account to be closed which I dd buy stil can't b assisted u guys even told me to send an email fr a cancelation which I dd bt am being charged fr things r dnt know abt cs u guys r running around with what's in my email check all my emails b4 some1 tried to cal me is it my fault ur consultant sent a wrong email to me? I want nothin to do with cell c am so annoyed cs u can't even assist with this stupid query since laundry thrs no way forward
