Useless

Cell is still useless. Got a call. My phone died while listening to a recording. Busy for the 10th time phoning them back to listen to the recording. The people at customer carr puts me thru but no one is answering the phone. First I hold for 30 min then 15 then 9. No i am trying again. Tthe other six times the phone got dropped in my ear, or they put me thru to main menu again. Are these people competent to help clients. I cant phone legal department ditectly because Cell C have blocked my phone after I did make a payment end off the month. Your service is really up yo ********** I am so fed up i am going to send a email to the magazines and newspapers. Maybe then I will come right. Already 9 minutes again and still no answer
