Useless

They are useless. They are dou le charging me this month because I have changed my debit order. They never explained anything. They even suspended my account because I have made my payment end of April but no payment on the six of May. This is nonsence. Even said they listened to the recording and it got explained to me. Nonsense that guy said my debit orders returned and i have to pay the penalty fee. Now i ask for the recording now rhey say they cant send it to me
