WHY don’t you respond to customers as promised?

I sent email 5 days ago, but no feedback up until today.

You guys are ****en useless, your service is poor I’m going back and forth for a simple this to blacklist a phone.

I’ve calling store and customer service for the last past month and no feedback.

They keep telling me the cell phone number is de-activated the y cant blacklist the phone, how is that my problem? I never called to de-activate the number Now I can’t claim from the insurance because of the problem which was caused on your side.
