Useless

Hi, there was a phone taken using my name at Cell C. I reported it on the 31st of January 2018 since it was a ********** transaction. My case was only logged on the 12th of April 2018. The ********** number ( ********** 306) was permanently deactivated but it was not removed by the billing/legal department from the system. Cell C deducted +R5 000 from my account ( which was wrong). They are still carrying on deducting my account even though it has been proven that there was a ********** transaction on my name.
