Good day Dont know why cell c is so useless tou guys are quick to hand over people for payment even if the mistake is from your side I have two contracts of which both of them had different account number so I asked you guys to merge it and you did and then I phoned like I always do to find out how much I owe you guys ga e me the amount I payed 6 months down the line after ive been using my phone for 6 months I get a surprise from nudebt that tells me I was handed over for a outstanding payment of R256 and odd cents noe how is that my line was not suspendid in that 6 months time you guys had to call me to ask for the payment and why every month I phoned you guys gave me the amount and I payed it why within that 6 months was I never notified about this and when I finally heard about this **** I paid the miney and now that useless company nudebt wants to take it further because useless cell c cant update there stupid 3rd parties with the payments that are made please call me and please give me a letter to show this was paid and then please cancel my contract ********** 201 as I dont wana deal with this useless company anymore please call me my number is ********** 201 tyron
