I have spent over R300 on the phone to Cell C trying to sort out my issue.

I bought 50GB and received 20GB. I have spoken to CellC more than 15 times over the phone AND in the shop. Every time I get told that they going to sort it out and get back to me. THEY NEVER GET BACK TO ME

Cell C Blue Route Mall- You told me more than 5 times now that you would keep me updated on my case. NOTHING!! I phoned you today and I spoke to the manager.. She said she would make it her top priority to solve this today and I should expect a call back at 13:00 today. Its now 17:15 and nothing!!

Cell C - how can you run a business like this? It's laughable how useless your customer service is.
