Terrible service tjerr. I regret ever taking a contract with CellC.

I cancelled my contract some time last year since it was on a month to month, ever since I’ve initiated that request I have been bothered by attorneys everyday about an account that was handed over due to non-payment. I’ve paid CellC over 3 times prior to my account being handed over. I’ve also been waiting for my paid-up letter (“from February”) till date, thought I was supposed to get feedback within 48 hours. I am now receiving emails from 3rd party debt collectors with different amounts could possibly be ********. I’m disappointed that all my personal information sent to CellC is now out there with 3rd parties that use it as they wish.
