if it not the network it is their customer service line , i upgraded my device, was advised that i will get it within 14days , it has been over a month, i have called your customer service line and no one seems to know what is happening , a week ago i get an sms advising me that order was cancelled, by who they do not know, i have been calling everyday for the past week with no success, this is really disgusting service for paying customers,
