Usage vs Billing
It just came to my attention that Cell C is overcharging me! Every month when I add up my premium + my usage is not the same as the amount they billing from my account. I don't know if my monthly premium has been increased or there are any extras that I don't know of.<br> <br> This is frustrating because I went into Eastgate Mall and they could not see any extras on my profile and confirmed my premium hasn't increased. I need this to be sorted before I upgrade or else I will have to cancel my contract.
