1. Phoned on the 29/10/2015 reference number ***. (I have heard nothing)<br> 2. Got my data 01/11/2015 - on the 3/11/2015 got message to say one of data bundles has depleted (three days and all used up) <br> 3. 05/11/2015 17:55 - got message that I have R43.28 to use. from 17:55 to 8:07 on the 6/11/2015 I have only sent 3 whatsup messages. Yet at 8:06 I got a message to say I only have R29.99 left.<br> 4. It is R13.29 for 3 messages. <br> <br> I have had the same phone and product from you for a year and half - yet the data is only going fromthe last three months. Before it always fine.<br> <br> If I had a reply from ref *** - maybe I would know what is happening<br>
