Urgently provide a paid up letter

I have cancelled my contract with cellC2019 March but their account still shows on my credit profile ( Experian R119) Because i want this to be sorted out i paid CellC last week I requested the paid up letter I have not recieved it my case number is ***....May i have the paid up letter as soon as possible
