Urgent! Still awaiting refund!
Terrible service. Case Numbers *** and *** for two of my contracts. No feedback. Waiting more than 10 days for my refund, not even a response. I keep calling to follow up but no answers from back office. Friday 15/7 they logged the call as Edge which means they will respond within an hour and I’m still waiting!
