Urgent intervention is required from Cell C.

I am keen on writing good reports and have tried for more than a year to resolve a matter with Cell C, so unfortunately it has lead to this review. On 31 August 2021, my contract expired. On 14 September 2021 I phone the cancellation department and got a sms stating that my cancellation process was succesfull and that the contract will be terminated on 15 October 2021. I still made two payments of R179.00 each at the end of September 2021 and October 2021. On 9 November 2021, I receive a sms that my account is in arrears and I must pay R127.21?? (But my account is cancelled and the amount differs). After a few of these messages, I phoned Cell C and explained that my contract was cancelled. I was requested to forward the cancellation sms as proof. I cant even imagine what whould have happened if I accidently deleted it. Since then, I have forwarded proof of the cancellation eight (8) times, called Cell C and their attorneys sixteen (16) times, sent fifteen (15) emails and four (4) WhatsApp messages. This does not include the many threatening smses, phone calls and emails I had to ensure. I have paid my contracts dilligenty for eight or more years, why would I suddenly fail to do so? The amounts outstanding also vary?? The attorneys informed me that Cell C hands over my account one month (since February 2022) and the next month they ask for the file to be closed and returned. This has also been going on for nearly a year and the last hand over was 12 January 2023. I dont like debt and even paid off my car and house and if I need to make certain payments, I ensure that it is done before the due date. Another VERY disturbing fact is that my credit score has been compromised as a result of Cell C's inability to sort out this matter. I need them to sort out this matter as well rectify my credit rating. I also need a letter from them stating that my account is paid up. I have been real kind and patient, but someone needs to intervene now!!
