Urgent help needed

Cellc are the most pathetic service provider This is a repeat complaint as nothing was done to help me, I took a laptop deal in November 2022 they delivered the wrong device took 3 weeks for them to acknowledge it, then they picked up the device in December now I wake up to a bill for R 1263 debited after cancelling the deal my id:*** cell:***
