Look I am not sure what has been done to my ****** cellphone after it was ******. Nothing is traceable and I am now more worried. Hence, to stop such unusual activities I need to get it blacklisted immediately which is also a major concern for me. I was using Cell C Network and the no. was ***.

I am not convinced with the answer that CELL C has given. What if there was no balance on the no.? I was using wifi on that phone. It is the customer's choice to get it charged or not. Are you trying to say that your system is unable to pick up The no. on the same IMEI no. It's that mean that my cellphone can't be blacklisted? This is a big worry as I had a lot of banking data which might be in dangerous hands. Currently, I feel very unsafe and it is important for me to get the SAMSUNG note 20 ultra to be blacklisted. I have shown the box and proof of purchase at the Canal walk Cell C store but failed to get any conducive result. Already 02 days have passed and blacklisting is not done. I would like to escalate the matter to an Executive level, for further prompt action. Kindly note my father is not well and I will be travelling overseas on Monday, I need serious help in getting the ITC number. I would appeal to get this sorted else my data can be used by a *****.
