UPSET AND ANGRY

Be careful when taking contracts with CELL C and CELL C INSURANCE DEVICE handled by Hollard. It's been a month without a phone for the mistake which was not mine but the CELL C staff and CELL C insurance device. I followed all the process; I called CELL to block the phone and they did. An ITC they gave me to go and open a case. I open a case and went to Cell c canal walk to assist me with form for the claim as the phone was insured. When did a follow up they advised that the IMEI number blocked and ITC given to me does not belong to my phone. How, I don't know. I am still waiting for them to resolve the matter as I'm not letting this go as other customers who took that route. I will buy another phone and wait for them to resolve the claim issue even if I need to pay the money to CELL for the service which they are not rendering
