I am not sure where to start. I took my cell phone in because the charging pin is not working. I was willing to pay for the repairs. My phone is not even a year old and the guy from cell c said they cannot fix it. This phone is still on contract what am i suppose to do with it. All i wanted from them was to repair the phone call me to come and collect it and pay for the repairs. How can they tell me they cannot fix the phone i really dont understand
