UPROFESSIONALISM FROM BOTH COMPANIES CELL C AND SSDA

Aii this is so stressing and depressing guys ,you have handed over my account to SSDA, which I did settled with them on the 9th October 2023.Therefore i have been calling and sending emails to get my paid up letter which even today I kept receiving feedback that the account it is with you at the moment, and you will send me paid up letter.

I need my paid up letter for work purposes, the service of yours and third party is so unprofessional whereby no one is willing to give me the required documents.
