Upgrading of my phone

<p>2 years ago I started using cell c had problems from day 1 . 2years later and now it's starting again I need to upgrade my phone . This has been going on for 7 months now every time I go they say I need to phone legal so I do. Legal won't tell me that there is a amount outstanding so I went the a cell c out let in limpopo that told me there is an outstanding amount of 100.71 . I have paid this amount in fact I paid 101 . Last week and still on upgrade . I have spoken to the ceo Escalation Desk no reply what so ever this morning no answer. SO IF I CAN ADVISE YOU STAY AWAY FROM CELL C . I have an mtn contact and I don't have a days problem with them . They really go out of there way to help you . Cell c service is really pathetic </p>
