Upgrading client to deceives that aren't in stock

I upgraded to the IPhone 15 on the 6th of November 2024 to be told they have no stock I then upgraded to the IPhone 16 on the 12th of November 2024. I've need waiting for almost 3 weeks for this device surpassing their turn around time. On top of that no one calls to let me know what's going on. On the 2nd of December I'm told they only expecting stock in January. Mind you I call a week earlier and was told stock would come in on the first week of December. Why does CellC have the IPhone 16 advertised in their booklet but have no stock. I feel as if this I false advertising.
