upgrading always a different story and time

I went to the walk in centre they said that BIS will work on android upgraded to note 5 now i find out it doesn't. I then phoned the customer care and they said a area manager will contact me,it has been almost a month later and I have never heard from the area manager. My fiance also has a contract with cell c they told her she can upgrade on 1 November, we went then then they said no 14 November we went back then them they said no 16 November they even kept out the phone then they said no only 1 December we went now its only next year January. I have always been a big fan of cell c and only spoke good about them but after this my fianc?e is waiting her contract out to cancel it and because they said BIS for R99 a month for 2GIG will work on android and i am in the 6months of CPA and was given wrong information and the areas i work i have no signal i would like to cancel my upgrade but no one get back to a person from cell c with a complain. They only get back to you when they can get money out of you!!!
