upgrades

I have been a client for 6 years on contract and for the second time in a row of trying to upgrade you have no stock. Why advertise something if you do not have stock???? So now my upgrade will be delayed again... Can someone please tell me when exactly you plan on getting stock of the new iPhone 6? The service at Musgrave centre is also shocking! Seems to be a major schlep for staff to assist with anything. If my business is not good enough I'll gladly move over to the opposition.
