Upgraded to get more minutes but got minutes to CellC numbers

I am extremely disappointed and peeved by the lack of transparency I received from CellC in Game City Durban. I upgraded a contract so I would receive more minutes - instead what I now have is more minutes to CellC numbers only. Absolutely useless and not what I requested. I will definitely not be renewing the 4 contracts that I have with CellC. Unfortunately, there is nothing I am able to do, but pay for something I did not require. No after sales service whatsoever. When I asked how this can be rectified, that I do not want more Cell C minutes, I was told to pay R5000.00 for the handset and I could get out of the contract.
