Upgraded to be suspended. Thanx to Cell C ****.

I had a contract with Cell C which I paid for 2 years, my my monthly fee was +-R270.

It happened that for the past 2 months my billing drastically changed from the earlier said amount to R710, my finances being on the edge I could afford that amount.

I called CellC to enquire, they told me my contract expired as I have went beyond the 24 months period as a result my billing is higher as no nolonger have the discount any longer.

Fair and fine I opted to pull off from the deal as obviously I won't be able to afford the R710 from R270 for the same data package.

I called them to cancel and they advised me to rather upgrade my contract which I will now pay R199 pm and get the same package. This was like WOW, I agreed to the deal.

A week later my Sim got suspended, I enquired and was told the defaulted R710 plus, needs to be paid 1st.

I was like, in that case let me cancel the upgrade and ficus on the Saud R710 knowingly I will pay off be out of the deal. They told me my upgrade has been processed therefore I can't cancel.

Now I am seating with a suspended upgrade contract as a result of arrears that accumulated on an expired contract .

My humble request was, either cancel the arrears and let me move on with the upgrade or rather cancel the upgrade and allow me to pay off the arrears on expired contract. My request was not attended to.

Am at this stage going to be listed on BUREAU for something I thought CellC would resolve and allow me to be their customer for the next 24months but they knocked me off the game. Suspended new upgrade contract, hyperinflated arrears.
