Upgraded phone, very poor service.

I've recieved my upgraded phone from cell c my previous phone was a A32, they've send me a A23, how is that for an upgrade, the A23 is cheaper than the A32, and there is only 2 features better than the A32, when discussed this with a consultant there response was ithat they can't assist me due to answering the incorect security questions and the phone was dropped, very unprofessional to say at least.
