UPGRADED-OVER CHARGED & BILLED TWICE FOR THE SAME MONTH

<p>I upgraded my Cell-C contract on 15 Nov'16 only to see that I was billed in full for the month with the old rate in the month of the upgrade then pro-rated for the same month again on the new rate, I called the callcentre but was cutt-off by consultant who could not explain the billing, very disappointed with the incompetence of CellC</p>
