UPGRADED A MONTH AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED THE DEVICE

We upgraded my contract in the beginning of April and were told it would be delivered on Thursday 11 April 2024 at the latest. It is the 6th of May today and still no device delivered. They keep phoning and pestering for us to upgrade and then when we decide to do so, this is the service we get. The lady that called assured me that they did have the device in stock and that's why I decided to upgrade. We keep phoning and hold on forever, with no answers (like now , I've been holding on for 30 minutes and still holding)
