UPGRADE WITHOUT MY CONCENT

I was phoned by cell c cape town last week 6/10/15 and the person mentioned that they would like to update my contract to keep the current special I have. I said to him that I would like to think about it and that he could phone me back on 8/10/15 iot make a decision on what I would like to do. I also mentioned that I might keep the 1 contract as it is and just upgrade the other 1, but we can discuss it on Thursday. He accepted that.<br> <br> On 12/10/15 another person contacted me regarding my update/upgrade and then mentioned that the 1 contract was already upgraded last week. I asked him who gave them permission to do so as I never got a call back to discuss it again.<br> <br> He said that he will listen to the recording and get back to me. Today 13/10/15 the first person who contacted me phoned me again and said that they had not finalised the t&c because IT WAS A HEGTIC DAY! Not that he upgraded my contract without permission. He then pushed me for upgrade (to fix his mistatke) to a point where I had to scream and swear at him to listen to me I AM THE CLIENT and its MY MONEY. I would like to get feedback on the calls & a snr person to contact me. I still have till end of feb to upgrade!
