Upgrade without consent
I logged a complaint about one of my contracts that was upgraded without my consent and the matter has still not been resolved. I have never missed a payment on any of my cellc contracts and I don't deserve this kind of treatment. Please cancel that upgrade you guys did so I can upgrade to a package of my choice.
