Upgrade with no approval of me

<p>So i had probelem not getting a LTE signal, i am out of my contract, so i went on the website and saw that my contract is now extended till 2018, when did i say i want to upgrade my contract, this is unacceptable and un called for i was on a Giga20 topup now i am on something else. i was not even told of this it just happened</p>
