Upgrade to something **** (iPhone 16)

I'm still waiting for my iPhone 16 pro max after I have upgraded my contract. The agent called me and promised me to get the phone within 7 days now is almost two months in waiting. The said part is that the *********** Celll C don't have any clue or knowledge when they will receive iPhone 16 stock. They are not saying anything and iit is so bad to a point that even the Cell C stores are clueless about iPhone 16. This company is very useless and it doesn't care about their loyal customers
