Upgrade to router

I upgraded with WiFi router they brought a new SIM card with and the old one is no longer working they on the paper that they brought they say in order to use the new SIM I must call them to do a sim swap. How I am I Going to call them if both sim are not working. Feeling stucked. I don't know way forward
