Upgrade that does not make sense
I upgraded in December and the upgrade only took effect this month. It was agreed that i would get airtime, data and text messages but the only item that i got was airtime. Due to no data being available this resulted in the airtime reducing at an alarming rate. Please review this matter urgently.
