16h32 I spoke to Reboningo, I explained that I am calling on behalf of my mother who is 65years old and is struggling to get through. She explained she can not liaise with me in her absence. Understandably so, I am a third party.

I kindly asked this lady to call my mom, she kept on insisting my mother calls the department (so that she does not have to run with the query) I explain more than once that she is struggling but this lady is not bothered. At the end of our call she promises to call my mother, guess what, she did not.

Guys this is unacceptable,my mother is busy paying with her pension money for a contract that in unclear to her!!!

Hire people who want to work, client cannot suffer for such minor things
