Upgrade Run Around
Do not use the CellC Direct option to upgrade. They don’t know what they are doing. One consultant will tell you they have the phone in stock and that you will get it within 5-7 days and then when you call for an update you will get told it’s out of stock.
Been waiting since the 18th of June for an iPhone 12 Pro, feels like I’m begging the service provider to take my money for the next 24 months… very very very disappointed.

08 Jul 2021, 12:009 working days and complaint has yet to be resolved. Sounds like a company that’s falling apart at the seams. No stock of devices, poor customer service, no form of complaint resolution, network that’s remnant of GPRS era… this is sad. A sinking ship.

09 Jul 2021, 14:33That place is a mess. I called on Thursday the 1st of Jan and got told there is 76 units of the Pacific Blue iPhone 12 and that I can expect delivery this week. Called Monday the 5th of July and got told there is 56 units and I can expect delivery by Wednesday the 7th which also didn’t happen. I then called again on Wednesday and got told the supplier had troubles and there’s a sheet indicating that you will get 64 units on Thursday the 8th and that I can expect communication from you today the 9th but here I am looking like an idiot running after CellC for a simple phone. It would be quicker to order one directly from Apple, have them make it from scratch, wait for the phone to clear customs and make its way to me than to order through CellC Direct. I’m sure I would get constant updates as well.
