Upgrade refused
Of I could I would give them a zero * rating. I tried to upgrade my contract. Bearing in mind we have a contract with them since 2004. They refuse to upgrade it because of a credit score which I zero cos we have no accounts besides this cell phone account. Over the years we've been upgrading every 2nd year but now they refuse.
