Upgrade- Procedures pathetic
Cell C procedures staff only woke up after 4 years and decided to penalize customers for them not doing their work. Have 3 contracts and upgraded 2 in 2020 (October last one) with no issues now the one that is due are having **** issues and they taking my money every month.
