Upgrade problems!!
Good evening, I am almost 4 years a client of cell c and I wanted to upgrade one of my contracts today but I could not. I wanted to upgrade to the iphone 6s. Of R449 per month but they declined me over a lousy R20 of credit after I have been paying more than a year R509 for the same contract that I want to upgrade. Do you really want to lose a client over R20 of credit that I don't have and I have 3 contracts with you???
