Upgrade poor service

I requested cell c to call me today due to an upgrade and was told Il be called back . I was called by an upgrade consultant by the name of Mpho who told me the phone that I want isn’t available .i asked when can it be available and he told me the iPhone 7 Plus that I need been discontinued and advanced that I can either take iPhone 8 or I will have to go to the store for an upgrade . I later then contacted cell c and was assisted by someone online by the name of absolute Moyo who indicated that the iPhone 7 Plus is available as seen on their website and was told someone will call me . I am a loyal customer to cell c for years this is my 3 rd contract with them and the service received was not good. It seems Mpho cares about commission more than what the customer wants
