upgrade over the phone 3-7 days delivery????

I upgraded and was told 3 to 7 days- its now the 8th and i have had no reply from cell c despite going to a cell c shop e mails calls etc. <br> no one knows when i will get my phone and i keep on being passed on to others. passing the buck.. tired of trying to get any answer. should have gone in to a shop to upgrade<br> dont upgrade over the phone with their head office!<br> unless you want to be driven nuts....
