Upgrade ordeal

I am most disgusted in Cell C. I upgraded my one co tract with a laptop deal about a month ago. My other contract was due for an upgrade now and they said I must pay in R1072. No debit order bounced on my account! Then I find out today that my last upgrade was not an upgrade but in fact a new contract! I never took a new contract! Please sort this out or you can come take back the laptop as I don’t want it!!!
