Upgrade of contract

I visited the store on 11 March in order to obtain information on an upgrade. I was met by Lauren who provided excellent advice on the newly launched Samsung S7 Edge. Further advice was also provided by Lee the store supervisor. I provisionally decided on the S7 Edge but wanted to consider my options first. Lee however kept out the only available phone in stock for me. I went back to the store on 12 March and concluded the upgrade with Lee. He provided good advice on options available and assisted in transferring all contacts etc from my old phone to the new one. He also re-activated all my existing apps. Following his advice I also concluded a contract for a WiFi router. The services rendered by both the mentioned persons were outstanding and need to be commended. I can confidently refer anyone to visit either of them in the store for advice on cellphone options available. A final surprise following an earlier gift set received was the gear headset to be delivered to me in Pretoria soon. Well done to both Lee and Lauren.
