Upgrade of contract

I want to upgrade my contract with Cell C but this is nearly impossible<br> <br> It's like no one knows anything about the deals or prices or stock. Everyone is clueless and it's frustrating<br> <br> You have a deal on your website for a Samsung Galaxy S6 32GB, and it clearly states WIRELESS CHARGER included in the deal. <br> <br> Your call center finally conceded that they know about the deal, but cannot guarantee a wireless charger. Your shops also does not know about this deal, but finally conceded that there is such a deal after phoning around. But again they informed me that there is no wireless charger included. <br> <br> so who is right now? My feeling is that CELL C only advertises the wireless charger as a bait and switch tactic, and only afterwards declare that there was no wireless charger in stock. <br> <br> I need someone to get back to me to sort out this ASAP
