Upgrade of contract

Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> I am highly disgusted in Cell C service delivery!<br> I received a phone call that offered a upgrade deal (Tab4). I received a Tab3 lte instead. Since the delivery i still have not received the new Tab4 as promised. The Tab3 lte has not been collected even after 4 phone calls from the delivery service, 5 phone calls from cell c and 6 phone calls from myself to cell c. It has been a week now and 4 times i have had to get a friend to wait at my house for the collection and delivery.<br> <br> I would like to have this resolved by either quick delivery or cancellation of my contracts with Cell C.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Dawid
