UPGRADE NOT CORRECTLY DONE
ON 2016-03-13 I UPGRADED MY CONTRACT AT CELL C COLONNADE MALL. I UPGRADED TO STRAIGHT UP 100, BUT THIS MORNING I GOT AN SMS STATING THAT I UPGRADED TO STRAIGHT UP 30. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE SHOP IN COLONNADE MALL BUT IT JUST KEEPS RINGING. I CONTACTED CELL C CUSTOMER CARE, BUT THEY SAY THAT IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT I MUST CONTACT THE SHOP. I LIVE IN THABAZIMBI, WE DO NOT HAVE A CELL C SHOP OR PROVIDER IN THE NEARBY VICINITY. PRETORIA IS 200KM AWAY.
