Upgrade not cancelled, being charged for phone we don't have.

<p>In Feb 2016 I asked my wife to upgrade and take Huawei G7 dual sim for me as my current network only have a single sim. She called 084... to upgrade and the phone was delivered to her work place. We opeed the box and and found that the phone is a single sim and not dual as advertised. She call 084... and told them that the phone is a single and not dual, then we asked them to collect the phone and cancel. The phone was collected again at my wife's work place and she was told that within few days the actual upgrade will be cancelled and she can call again to upgrade. Suddenly now in July when we want to upgrade, we are told that we cannot upgrade as my wife has already upgraded in February "What?" She explained wha transpired and she was asked for RW number so that they can assist her. She was further told that she cannot be helped without RW number, who keeps RW for such a period while she was told that the upgrade will be cancelled and whose to be blamed here if CELL C didnt do their job correctly. We were told that someone will call us but till today no one has called. Please check and listen to your recordings etc. and cancel the said upgrade and reverse all the incorrect charges plus check what happened to the IMEI that was returned.</p>
