upgrade nightmare, no information provided

I called cell C 084145 to try & get an upgrade & change the current plan in, and the whole experince was just a nightmare. I'm unhappy with my current plan as I'm always shocked when the bill comes & as trying to get a top up package so I can have control. I was told I would loose the current benefits of my current contract & said ok, but would my bill be adjusted accordingly as well, the agent told me NO, I would still have to pay for my current contract as well as a new 1 I'm trying to get. I asked her exactly how much this would cost me, and to my shock & horror, she told me that I would have to call back tomorrow as she cannot check currently. What kind of a service provider is cell c, where getting information is like pulling teeth. No wonder why a customer made a useless provider banner. We get surprise bills, no information of how it was done and when we try to complain, they will tell you to visit their website. Its really dissapointing. I cannot wait for Apr 2015 to come so I can terminate this nonesence service
